Customer Alert: Fake IRS Letters

 

Some customers have reported receiving a letter in the mail from the IRS stating their direct deposit refund could not be deposited into their account. It provides a phone number and a link to visit to update their bank account information. This is a fraudulent letter. It is not from the IRS. Do not reach out through the link or phone number. This is an attempt to obtain your personal banking information. If you have concerns or questions please call us directly.
