Scam Alert
Be aware of a scam circulating via text message or email, pretending to be your bank or fraud department. These messages often claim there’s a suspicious charge and instruct you to click a link or call a number—for example:

"Your account has a pending $500 charge from onlineshop.com. If you did not make this purchase click here: http://confirmingcharge.com or call 123-456-7890 immediately!"

This is a common phishing scam. Scammers use urgent messages and fake links to steal your personal information or money. Do not click the link or call the number. Remember, we will never ask for your full card number or your PIN. Always verify any suspicious charges directly through the bank’s official channels.
